"Career Pilot" is a free online platform offering a wealth of independent, impartial information about option pathways. It helps students to identify their GCSE, post-16 and post-18 options with sections dedicated to a variety of qualifications, finding providers, researching courses and exploring job sectors. 

All students at Wadebridge School have a Career Pilot account that enables them to record their careers and options research and progress.

"Which Path" is a single page document that uses a series of Yes and No questions about your needs and desires to help find an education or training pathway that might meet your needs after Year 11. It shows how apprenticeships can lead to degree level training that is equivalent to going to university. 

 

 

"Apprenticeships" is a Government website providing dedicated information for young people and employers about apprenticeships. It includes information on how apprenticeships work, guidance to help you decide if they are right for you, real life stories of young people who have chosen to follow an apprenticeship and a search tool to enable you to browse apprenticeships that are currently available.

 

 




"T-Levels The Next Level Qualification", explains a new Government backed qualification equivalent to 3 A levels, developed in collaboration with employers so that the content meets the needs of industry and prepares students for working life. 

 

 

 

Developed by the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Local Enterprise Partnership, this online booklet provides information on the top employment sectors that are currently experiencing high growth in Cornwall and therefore are investing in recruitment to support the local employment market.

 

 

 

 

 Vision 2030 is an online booklet which has been produced to provide information on how investment in Business, People and Places around Cornwall should mean that by 2030 Cornwall will be a place where businesses thrives and people enjoy an outstanding quality of life.
